No fee unless the client recovers more than their highest offer.
Insurance coverage and bad faith referrals:
of the final judgment collected, the client pays 20% to Cathey & Miles.
Personal injury referrals:
of the injury damages recovered above your highest offer, the client pays 40% to Cathey & Miles, who in turn pays the maximum referral fee under Florida Bar Rule 4-1.5.
*Fees separately paid by the client’s opponent as a sanction or penalty (court-awarded fees) are paid to Cathey & Miles. Sizeable court-awarded fees will reduce the client’s percentage fee.
Cathey & Miles advances all litigation costs. The client only repays advanced litigation costs if the client makes a recovery.
Cathey & Miles does not charge interest.
Cathey & Miles does not charge administrative fees by any name.
